Superintendent - Commercial/Multifamily Construction
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee our commercial and multifamily construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities for commercial and multifamily projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets, and report any issues to senior management.
- Lead project meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and outline next steps.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high construction standards and meet client expectations.
- Review and approve project plans, schedules, and progress reports.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial and multifamily construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
- Experience with OSHPD and K-12 projects is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
