We are a well-established construction firm with over three decades of experience delivering high-impact commercial projects in the Bay Area. As we expand our footprint in the city, we're seeking a Project Superintendent to lead corporate interior projects, labs and life science projects. We have three offices in the bay area so whichever region you live in, we should be able to accommodate!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of commercial interior construction projects.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
• Manage site operations, safety compliance, and quality control.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address issues to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to senior leadership.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent
• 3+ years commercial Interiors experience
• High School Diploma
