We are a Boston-based architecture and design practice dedicated to creating innovative, community-focused environments across multifamily housing, mixed-use, academic, life sciences, commercial, and institutional projects. Working collaboratively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders, we develop thoughtful design solutions that balance creativity, functionality, and long-term value while shaping places that reflect the unique character of their communities.
You will be involved in the full project lifecycle, from conceptual design through construction documentation and implementation. Responsibilities include preparing technical drawings, coordinating with consultants, conducting site visits, supporting project documentation, and collaborating directly with clients and project teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- Multifamily/mixed-use experience is a big plus
- Revit
- Client communication and project management experience
- An architecture license is not required but is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget, and translate these into compelling design concepts.
- Oversee the development of design presentations, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into design solutions.
- Represent the firm at client meetings, industry events, and public presentations.
