Job description
We are looking for a Project Manager who knows how to navigate occupied healthcare environments, renovation work, and the day-to-day challenges that come with keeping hospitals and medical facilities operational while construction is underway.
This is a chance to join a well-respected builder with a strong presence in healthcare construction and renovation projects. You'll work closely with owners, design teams, and field operations to deliver projects that require attention to detail, strong communication, and proactive problem-solving.
What You'll Do
- Manage healthcare renovation and construction projects from start to finish
- Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Coordinate with hospital staff and project stakeholders
- Drive project safety, quality, and overall execution
- Work closely with Superintendents to keep projects on track
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
- Healthcare construction or renovation experience preferred
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills
- Ability to handle complex, fast-paced projects
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
