Job description
We are a full service electrical construction, maintenance, and design-build firm. We are a union shop that has worked on thousands of projects in Illinois and throughout the Midwest. Our skilled team of professionals is able to handle even the most complex of projects and for over 65 years we have been focused on building for the future while maintaining the past.
We are seeking to add an experienced Project Manager to our team with a strong Electrical background for upcoming work in the Northwest Indiana area. If you are looking to join a top electrical company & open to some travel in the Midwest for work, then we want to talk to you!
What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee construction (and design, when applicable) to keep projects aligned with design intent, the National Electrical Code, budget, and schedule
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and your team on project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Run weekly project meetings and conduct site visits as needed
- Support preconstruction work, including estimating and change orders
- Review and approve purchase orders, invoices, and change order requests
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
What You Need for this Position
- 3+ years as a PM
- Electrical Construction experience
- Strong communication and leadership
- Computer knowledge
- OSHA 30
