Location: Traverse City, MI
Salary: $70K-$90K + Commission

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee disaster restoration projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Xactimate and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while also maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of disaster restoration projects, including planning, execution, and closure.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure seamless communication and project progress.
- Utilize Xactimate for estimating projects.
- Monitor project timelines and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, challenges, and solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in disaster restoration (mitigation preferred but reconstruction experience also considered).
- Strong knowledge of Xactimate.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- IICRC Certification is preferred but not required.
