Location: Merrimack, NH
Salary: $60K-$65K + Commission

Company Overview
We are a nationwide disaster restoration company that restores residential and commercial properties after damage from water, fire, mold, trauma or theft. We are currently in search of a dedicated, reliable professional with experience in the industry that is looking to upshift into a Project Manager role.
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Manager to oversee disaster restoration projects, including water mitigation, fire restoration and mold remediation. The ideal candidate will lead crews, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to industry standards. The Project Manager will utilize Xactimate to estimate jobs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage disaster restoration projects from initiation to completion.
- Oversee water mitigation processes and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Utilize Xactimate for project estimation.
- Coordinate and supervise crew activities to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain communication with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
- Negotiate with insurance adjusters.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Ensure quality control throughout all phases of the project.
Qualifications
- Proven experience performing water mitigation and other disaster restoration work.
- Familiarity Xactimate software is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in crew management.
- Experience communicating with customers.
- Experience negotiating with insurance adjusters is preferred.
- IICRC Certification is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
