Location: Biddeford, ME
Salary: $60K-$65K + Commission

Company Overview
We are a nationwide disaster restoration company that restores residential and commercial properties after damage from water, fire, mold, trauma or theft. We are currently in search of a dedicated, reliable professional with experience in the industry that is looking to upshift into a Project Manager role.
Position Overview
We are seeking a restoration industry professional to lead water mitigation and other restoration projects from initial assessment through final delivery. The Project Manager will coordinate crews, develop accurate estimates using Xactimate, manage project schedules and budgets, and ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership in fast-moving emergency response environments and the ability to work closely with clients, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors to restore properties efficiently and profitably.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, schedule, and supervise restoration projects including water mitigation, fire restoration, mold remediation, etc.
- Conduct on-site assessments, document damage, and develop mitigation and remediation plans
- Prepare detailed scopes, estimates, and change orders using Xactimate
- Coordinate with insurance adjusters, property managers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate timely approvals and repairs
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, equipment and material needs; drive projects to profitable completion
- Respond to emergency calls and participate in on-call rotations for expedited disaster response
Qualifications
- Proven experience performing and leading water mitigation and other restoration projects
- Familiarity with Xactimate
- Demonstrated crew leadership experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills; experience working with insurance adjusters and property owners
- IICRC certification(s) preferred
