Project Manager - Data Center Construction
Hiring for Assistants, PEs, Superintendent, and Senior-level staff as well
Location: Nationwide Travel Required (Midwest, Southeast, Texas & Dakotas)
Compensation: $140,000 - $180,000 Base Salary + Annual Bonus + $5,500 Net Monthly Per Diem

A leading national Design-Build and General Contracting firm specializing in mission-critical and data center construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to manage large-scale, technically complex data center projects across multiple regions throughout the United States.
The ideal candidate is a driven construction professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys travel, and has a proven track record delivering ground-up commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of project execution from preconstruction through closeout.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and risk mitigation.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and performance standards.
- Drive project profitability while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Oversee change orders, cost reporting, forecasting, and project documentation.
- Support and mentor project engineers and assistant project managers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor.
- Experience managing large commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center projects.
- Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and project controls.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively to project sites throughout the Midwest, Southeast, Texas, and the Dakotas.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
