Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager with strong manufacturing engineering knowledge to join our team! This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering, operations, and customer delivery-without requiring a formal engineering degree.
You'll play a critical role in driving projects from concept through completion, supporting a high-performing commercial team, and ensuring operational excellence behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from initiation through execution to final delivery, ensuring timelines, cost, and quality targets are met
- Build and maintain essential system structures, including:
- Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Routing and process flows
- ERP/MRP system setup and optimization
- Act as a vital link between engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams
- Support the commercial team by providing technical and operational project insights
- Track and communicate project progress, risks, and solutions to middle management stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in project execution and manufacturing efficiency
- Ensure all deliverables meet customer specifications and quality standards
What We're Looking For
