Project Executive

We are seeking an accomplished Project Executive to lead and grow our Healthcare Construction division in the Atlanta market. This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a construction professional with a proven track record of delivering complex healthcare facilities while building strong client relationships and mentoring high-performing project teams.

As a key leader within the organization, you will oversee multiple healthcare projects, drive operational excellence, and serve as a trusted partner to owners, healthcare systems, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive oversight for healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Lead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare clients, architects, engineers, and industry partners.
  • Oversee project financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, risk management, and profitability.
  • Ensure project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met.
  • Support business development efforts, client presentations, and pursuit strategies.
  • Partner with operations leadership to grow the healthcare portfolio and expand market presence.
  • Resolve complex project challenges and drive strategic decision-making across multiple projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of commercial construction experience, including significant healthcare project experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing large scale healthcare construction projects and project teams.
  • Experience overseeing multiple projects with combined values exceeding $50M+.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare facility construction, phasing, renovations, and occupied environments.
  • Proven ability to develop client relationships and generate repeat business.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills.
