Job description
For over 30 years, we've been a trusted name in Industrial and Commercial construction across the Southeastern and Northeastern U.S. As we expand our presence in New Jersey and New York, we're seeking a strategic and experienced Project Executive to lead large-scale interior office building tenant improvement projects.
Position Summary:
The Project Executive will oversee multiple interior construction projects, ensuring alignment with client goals, company standards, and financial targets. This role is ideal for a senior leader with deep experience in tenant improvement build outs and fit outs in empty and occupied environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive oversight of multiple interior office building construction projects across New Jersey and New York.
- Lead project strategy, planning, and execution in collaboration with operations, estimating, and field teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and long term partnerships.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and risk management plans to ensure profitability and performance.
- Support business development efforts and contribute to winning new work.
- Mentor Project Managers and ensure team alignment with company values and goals.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in interiors/tenant improvement commercial construction, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven success managing large scale office building projects
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and forecasts.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field required; advanced degree or certifications a plus.
- Japanese speaking a huge plus!
