Position Overview
The Plumbing Project Manager will oversee plumbing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

- Prepare and present project proposals and reports to stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure financial efficiency
- Lead and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in plumbing or construction
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems and codes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software and tools
Benefits
Salary Range: $100,000-$150,000
Final determination of a successful candidate's pay is based on job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
