Job description
We are a growing and client-focused personal injury law firm expanding our presence in Arizona. We are seeking an Entry-Level Associate Attorney who is eager to learn, develop their legal skills, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a newly licensed attorney or someone looking to transition into personal injury law. No prior personal injury or litigation experience is required-we are committed to training and mentoring the right candidate.
What You'll Do
- Learn all aspects of personal injury litigation and case management
- Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and other legal documents with guidance from experienced attorneys
- Communicate with clients and help guide them through the legal process
- Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings
- Assist with case strategy, litigation preparation, and case development
- Work closely with a supportive and experienced legal team
- Gradually grow into managing your own caseload as your experience develops
