Title: Paralegal- Insurance Defense
Location: Walnut Creek, CA- Hybrid
Salary: $70,000-$100,000 + bonus
Requirements: At least 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal, in a Law Firm setting. Experience within litigation, and ideally

We focus on a variety of practice areas, including but not limited to Personal Injury, Business Litigation, Employment Law, Insurance Defense and Construction Law. At this time, we are looking to hire a Paralegal that has at least 2+ years of experience within the Law Firm setting and has experience with at least 1 of the practice areas mentioned above. We all collaborate closely together in this office and offer candidates an opportunity to expand their knowledge in working in various practice areas. 

 

What You Need for this Position

• 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal in a Law Firm 
• Experience managing managing court deadlines, handling day-to-day litigation processes, and preparing trial documents. 
• Experience working with attorneys to ensure seemless case management
• Experience with at least one of the following practice areas: Construction Defect, Personal Injury, Business Litigation, Employment Law, Product Liability
