Asbestos Technician - Environmental Field Services
Location: NYC Metro / North Jersey Region | Hybrid Role

We're hiring a full-time Asbestos Technician to support field inspections and monitoring in the NYC Metro/North Jersey area. This hybrid role includes on-site work with occasional office visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and monitor for asbestos, mold, lead paint, and indoor air quality
- Conduct environmental surveys and oversee abatement projects
- Operate and maintain sampling equipment
- Interpret data and write technical reports
- Respond to emergencies and manage time-sensitive tasks
Qualifications
- Required:
- Current NYS Asbestos Certification
- 2+ years of asbestos field experience
- Valid driver's license;
- U.S. work authorization
- Preferred:
- EPA/AHERA Inspector accreditation
- Lead licenses; environmental science degree
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Willingness to work occasional weekends or second shifts
