Job description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead manufacturing operations, drive performance excellence, and develop high-performing teams in support of some of the nation's most important defense programs.
We are a leader in the rapid design, development, and production of next-generation system solutions supporting the mission priorities of the U.S. defense community and its allies. With nearly 50 years of success, we deliver advanced Payload & Protection Systems, Aero/Hydrodynamic Interstage Systems, and Propulsion & Launch Systems supporting more than 80 prime contractors across 130+ space and defense programs.
Our Tactical Missiles and Integrated Defense Systems business develops mission-critical technologies that support defense operations across air, land, and sea. From launch systems and propulsion technologies to UAV components, missile subsystems, and Safe & Arm systems, we provide proven solutions that enhance mission readiness and operational effectiveness.
