Salary Pay: $85,000 - $102,000
Schedule: 1st Shift - Mon--Fri---8AM - 5PM

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs, equipment repairs, installations, and troubleshooting efforts
• Drive equipment reliability initiatives and minimize downtime through effective maintenance planning
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring failures
• Prioritize maintenance work orders and allocate resources to support production objectives
• Partner with Operations and Plant Leadership on continuous improvement projects, equipment upgrades, and facility enhancements

What You Will Need For This Job

• 2+ years of maintenance leadership, supervisory, or lead experience within manufacturing
• Strong hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
• Experience managing preventive maintenance systems and CMMS platforms
• Background improving equipment reliability and reducing downtime
• Root cause analysis and continuous improvement experience
• Ability to lead by example in a hands-on manufacturing environment

Preferred

• Maintenance certifications such as CMRP, CMRT, or similar
• Experience with inventory control, purchasing, and spare parts management
• Multi-department collaboration with Operations, Engineering, and Production teams
