Maintenance Mechanic (3am-3:30pm) Maintenance Mechanic

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of industrial equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and safety. This position plays a critical role in preventing equipment breakdowns and maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in a timely manner
• Inspect equipment for proper functioning and safety compliance
• Assist in hydraulic and pneumatic systems maintenance
• Perform electrical system troubleshooting and repairs
• Conduct HVAC maintenance and repairs as needed
• Engage in welding and fabrication tasks for equipment modifications
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and perform necessary repairs
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and report on equipment status
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or similar role
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance practices
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Familiarity with electrical systems and troubleshooting
• HVAC certification is a plus
• Welding and fabrication experience desired
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety compliance and best practices
