Title: Industrial Maintenance Manager
Location: Gary, IN
Salary: $115,000 - $125,000 + Benefits, 401(k), PTO, Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance

What You Will Be Doing

Lead all maintenance operations within a manufacturing facility, ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and improving overall plant performance. You will oversee maintenance technicians, develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs, manage budgets and vendors, maintain spare parts inventories, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.
