Qualifications
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
- Multifamily, mixed-use, or residential project
- Demonstrated expertise with Revit and BIM management; strong ability to produce and coordinate Revit models and construction documents.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, accessibility standards, fire and life-safety requirements, and permitting processes.
- Excellent project management skills including budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and consultant coordination.
- Ability to travel to project sites and client locations; valid drivers license.
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant multifamily, mixed-use, and residential project work and clear examples of project leadership and technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, fee tracking, and resource allocation to ensure timely, profitable delivery.
- Coordinate and manage consultants (structural, MEP, civil, landscape, code consultants) to integrate design and technical requirements.
- Oversee Revit/BIM workflows: establish project templates, manage BIM coordination, review models, and ensure documentation standards and deliverables.
- Produce and review construction documents and details for quality, constructability, and code compliance.
- Prepare and lead project presentations, design reviews, and submittals for permitting authorities and stakeholders.
- Perform site visits and construction administration duties including RFI responses, submittal reviews, site observation reports, and punch-list management.
- Implement QA/QC processes for drawings, specifications, and client deliverables.
- Mentor and develop junior staff; support hiring, training, and performance reviews; promote collaborative, interdisciplinary teamwork.
- Contribute to business development efforts by preparing proposals, scopes, schedules, and participating in interviews and client outreach.
