Chief Financial Officer (Healthcare)

Compensation: $200,000 - $350,000 (DOE)

Core Responsibilities

  • Financial Leadership: Direct all accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and financial reporting.

  • Medicare & Regulatory Compliance: Act as the executive expert on Medicare rules, billing requirements, and CMS regulations.

  • Operational Partnership: Collaborate with clinical leaders to analyze service line profitability and cost-improvement opportunities.

  • Risk & Controls: Oversee internal controls, audit coordination, and risk management to safeguard organizational assets.

  • Revenue Cycle Management: Optimize collections, reduce claim denials, and enhance overall cash flow.

What You Bring

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA or Master's degree preferred).

  • Experience: Minimum 10+ years of progressive finance leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior role within a hospital or healthcare environment.

  • Expertise: Deep knowledge of Medicare reimbursement, CMS reporting, and healthcare revenue cycles.

  • Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of presenting complex financial insights to executive boards.
