Job Location: 100% remote
Job Salary: up to $135k DOE
Requirements: 5+ years of FP&A experience + bonus points for multi-site or field-based organizations

The Finance & Strategic Operations Manager will serve as a critical operational and financial partner to regional and executive leadership, driving financial visibility and strategic growth.
What you will do
Lead regional budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and FP&A processes across multiple branch locations.
Build and maintain financial models, reporting packages, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools to guide decision-making.
Partner with leadership to evaluate financial performance, labor trends, margin performance, and business risks.
Deliver weekly and monthly financial and operational reporting packages while performing regular variance and profitability analyses.
Translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations to support strategic investments and operational improvements.
What you need for this role
B.S. in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance (experience with multi-site or field-based operations is a plus).
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Working knowledge of PowerBI or another data visualization platform
Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
