Job Title: Industrial Fabrication Project Manager (Field/Shop)
Location: La Marque, TX
Compensation: $110k-$120k/yr Base salary + Performance Bonus & Benefits Package
Requirements: 5+ years exp in Fabrication Shop leadership or Industrial Project Management, Exp with Welding/Fabrication processes, ASME codes, Industrial Construction
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Field/Shop Fabrication Project Manager to lead fabrication projects from shop production through field installation. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing industrial fabrication and welding projects to ASME standards, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, on budget and to quality expectations while managing both shop and field crews and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project schedules, budgets, manpower, and resources.
- Coordinate fabrication, installation, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Partner with customers, production, operations, and quality teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Support estimating, project planning, and project kickoff activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and customer requirements.
- Manage project documentation, reporting, and change orders
Qualifications
- 3+ years minimum of fabrication shop leadership or project management experience.
- Experience with piping, pressure vessels, structural fabrication, burners, or similar industrial equipment.
- Strong understanding of welding and fabrication processes.
- Knowledge of ASME codes, quality systems, and manufacturing best practices preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Field construction supervision experience is a HUGE plus
