Family Law Associate Attorney
Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 + Bonus Opportunity

We are an established and highly respected family law firm seeking an Associate Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of family law experience to join our growing team.

Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse family law caseload from inception through resolution
- Handle matters involving divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, and post-judgment issues
- Draft pleadings, motions, certifications, and settlement agreements
- Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written submissions
- Participate in mediations, settlement conferences, hearings, and trials
- Develop case strategies tailored to each client's unique circumstances
- Provide compassionate yet practical guidance during emotionally challenging situations
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing in New Jersey
- Minimum 2 years of family law experience
- Strong writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills
- Ability to independently manage cases while collaborating with a highly experienced team
- Exceptional interpersonal and client communication skills
