Family Law Associate Attorney
Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 + Bonus Opportunity

We are an established and highly respected family law firm seeking an Associate Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of family law experience to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse family law caseload from inception through resolution
  • Handle matters involving divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, and post-judgment issues
  • Draft pleadings, motions, certifications, and settlement agreements
  • Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written submissions
  • Participate in mediations, settlement conferences, hearings, and trials
  • Develop case strategies tailored to each client's unique circumstances
  • Provide compassionate yet practical guidance during emotionally challenging situations

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Licensed and in good standing in New Jersey
  • Minimum 2 years of family law experience
  • Strong writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills
  • Ability to independently manage cases while collaborating with a highly experienced team
  • Exceptional interpersonal and client communication skills
