Compensation: $110K - $135K base, DOE

We are seeking a highly polished, proactive, and business-minded Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Chief Executive Officer. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, helping drive operational efficiency, manage critical priorities, and ensure seamless execution across a variety of strategic initiatives.
The Executive Assistant to the CEO will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the executive office. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, executive presence, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, publicly traded technology environment.
The ideal candidate has experience supporting a CEO or senior executive at a public technology company, preferably within the semiconductor, hardware, electronics, or broader technology sectors. Exposure to board-level interactions, investor relations activities, and cross-functional executive coordination is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's complex calendar, scheduling, and strategic priorities.
- Serve as a trusted liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, briefing materials, and executive communications.
- Track action items, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution of key initiatives.
- Screen and manage correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Coordinate Board of Directors meetings, including logistics, materials, and communications.
- Support investor relations activities, earnings preparation, and shareholder communications.
- Partner with the executive leadership team to drive cross-functional initiatives and priorities.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, executive meetings, customer visits, and corporate events.
- Oversee executive office administration, including expenses, records, documentation, and process improvement.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-level executives.
- 3+ years of direct support for a CEO, President, or Founder.
- Experience in a publicly traded company environment.
- Expertise in complex calendar management, travel coordination, and executive support.
- Strong experience preparing executive presentations, reports, and communications.
- Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred experience in technology, semiconductor, hardware, electronics, or manufacturing industries, with exposure to board governance and investor relations.
