  • Perform hands-on hardware assembly, soldering, debugging, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Conduct root-cause failure analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and execute qualification, verification, and validation test plans.
  • Generate detailed test reports and design assurance documentation.
  • Utilize electronic test equipment and instrumentation to verify product performance.

Product Commercialization & Manufacturing Support

  • Support the transition of products from development to production.
  • Create manufacturing specifications and technical documentation for contract manufacturing partners.
  • Contribute to engineering change management processes and product lifecycle activities.
  • Support field issues, service investigations, and continuous product improvement efforts.

Project & Team Collaboration

  • Work effectively within multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • Coordinate and oversee work performed by third-party engineering partners.
  • Balance multiple priorities while communicating project status, risks, and changes.
  • Participate in technical meetings, planning sessions, and cross-functional reviews.
  • Develop and maintain engineering processes, procedures, and best practices.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, including:
    • Engineering Change Notices (ECNs)
    • Deviation and waiver documentation
    • Non-conformance and problem reports
    • Product qualification records
    • Technical procedures and work instructions
    • Service and support bulletins
  • Follow all applicable safety, health, and company policies and procedures.
