The Electrical Project Manager will lead project teams, coordinate design-build and electrical contractor activities, manage budgets, schedules, forecasting and change orders, and serve as the primary client and field contact from pre-construction through closeout.

Position Overview
The Electrical Project Manager will lead project teams, coordinate design-build and electrical contractor activities, manage budgets, schedules, forecasting and change orders, and serve as the primary client and field contact from pre-construction through closeout.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial electrical projects start to finish
- Control budgets, forecasting, and cost tracking
- Coordinate procurement and just-in-time material delivery
- Lead field teams, subs, vendors, and client communication
- Negotiate and execute change orders
- Enforce safety and code compliance
- Run meetings and report to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years managing electrical projects, including $5M+ jobs
- Strong grasp of electrical systems, codes, and construction processes
- Skilled in risk management, change orders, procurement
- Proficient in Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, MS Office
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- PMP a plus
