Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of electrical systems and project management principles, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical projects ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, and monitor progress against these metrics.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with NEC codes and safety regulations during all phases of construction.
• Review and approve project designs, specifications, and engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
• Manage project financials, including budgeting and cost control, to ensure profitability.
• Oversee the quality assurance processes and resolve any issues that arise during construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a project manager in the electrical industry, with a strong understanding of NEC codes.
• Excellent knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project) and AutoCAD.
• Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage client relations effectively.
• Familiarity with construction management practices and renewable energy solutions is a plus.
