Environmental, Health & Safety EHS Manager
Location: Jonesboro, Arkansas
Compensation: $79,000 - $130,000 Base Salary + Bonus

We are seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety EHS Manager to lead safety culture transformation within a fast-paced food and beverage manufacturing environment. This is an opportunity to drive meaningful change, influence leaders at every level, and create a workplace where safety is owned by everyone.
In this highly visible leadership role, you will partner with site leadership, operations, quality, and production teams to develop and execute a proactive EHS strategy that protects employees, strengthens operational performance, and supports continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of site-wide EHS programs
- Drive a proactive safety culture through leadership, coaching, and accountability
- Champion behavior-based safety initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
- Develop and implement safety training, risk mitigation, and sustainability programs
- Serve as a trusted advisor to site leadership on EHS strategy and performance
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning
- Oversee industrial hygiene programs and evaluate new safety technologies
- Partner cross-functionally to integrate safety into daily operational decisions
- Manage OSHA compliance, recordkeeping, audits, and regulatory interactions
- Lead safety committees and employee engagement initiatives that support long-term culture change
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field
- 5+ years of EHS leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Food and beverage manufacturing experience required
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, workers' compensation, audits, and compliance programs
- Experience developing and delivering safety training programs
- Demonstrated success leading safety culture transformation initiatives
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of an organization
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and operational excellence initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- CSP Certified Safety Professional certification
- Advanced degree in a related discipline
- Industrial hygiene experience
- Lean, TPM, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement experience
