Qualifications

• Experience working in the AEC industry
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in content creation, marketing, communications, or social media management.
  Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical project information into compelling content.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design software.
• Ability to create visually appealing marketing materials and presentations.
  Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with proposal development, project photography coordination, and website content management is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage engaging content for the firm's social media platforms, website, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop project stories, graphics, photography selections, and other content that showcases the firm's work, culture, and expertise.
• Maintain and execute the social media content calendar, including writing posts, scheduling content, and monitoring engagement.
• Assist with the development of marketing collateral, presentations, project sheets, and promotional materials.
• Support proposal and qualification package preparation by gathering project information, resumes, and relevant content from past projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to capture completed work, client success stories, and firm achievements.
• Coordinate marketing and business development initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and support firm growth.
• Help maintain the firm's website and ensure marketing content remains current and accurate.
• Track and report on social media and marketing performance metrics.
• Stay informed on industry trends and identify creative opportunities to enhance the firm's marketing efforts.
