Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Corporate Transactional Attorney to join our team, specializing in mergers and acquisitions (M&A). The ideal candidate will provide expert legal guidance to clients in corporate transactions, helping them navigate complex agreements and ensuring compliance with corporate governance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and other transaction documents
- Advising clients on corporate governance issues and compliance matters
- Conducting due diligence investigations for M&A transactions
- Providing legal counsel on corporate transactions and strategic planning
- Assisting emerging companies in navigating venture capital funding and investments
- Collaborating with other legal professionals and stakeholders to ensure successful transaction execution
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Barred in CA
- 3+ years of experience in corporate law with a focus on M&A
- Strong understanding of corporate governance and compliance requirements
- Proven track record in drafting and negotiating complex legal agreements
- Experience working with emerging companies and venture capital transactions
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
