  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; develop contingency plans and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and permit requirements; enforce site safety programs and best practices.
  • Prepare and review technical submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and closeout documentation; ensure accurate as-built documentation and turnover packages.
  • Leverage estimating and project management tools (including Accubid, McCormick, Connest where applicable) to support estimating, scheduling, and resource planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Minimum 8+ years of progressive construction project management experience with a significant focus on data center or mission-critical facility projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in electrical systems for data centers and strong hands-on understanding of construction execution and methods.
  • Proven track record managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractor performance, and client relationships on large, complex construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
