Title: Commercial & Residential HVAC Service Technician
Location: Harrisburg, PA
Compensation: $25.00-$45.00/hr + Overtime + Employee Ownership Program (ESOP)
Requirements: HVAC service experience + EPA Certification
 

Service Area: Approximately 2-3 hours from Harrisburg - company car + fuel card included

 

We are seeking a skilled Commercial & Residential HVAC Service Technician to join a growing employee-owned organization. This position is ideal for a hands-on technician who enjoys diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC equipment while delivering exceptional customer service. You'll work with a variety of residential and commercial systems, utilizing your troubleshooting expertise to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment, including furnaces, boilers, rooftop units (RTUs), and air conditioning systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to identify and resolve equipment failures.
• Communicate repair recommendations and technical findings with customers.
• Complete service documentation accurately and professionally.
• Follow company safety standards and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC service and repair experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience servicing residential and/or commercial HVAC systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred Experience

• Building automation or controls experience.
• Geothermal system service and repair.
• Commercial chiller service and repair.
• Commercial HVAC experience.
