Starting Salary: $205,000 - $305,000
I'm partnering with a nationally recognized law firm to identify a talented mid-level litigation associate for its growing Class Action Litigation team in Seattle. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to take on meaningful responsibility, work closely with experienced litigators, and develop sophisticated class action litigation skills within a collaborative and supportive environment.
The Opportunity
Join a highly regarded litigation practice representing clients in complex consumer, product liability, employment, and wage and hour class action matters in both state and federal courts. You'll play an active role in all phases of litigation while gaining significant hands-on experience managing cases, developing legal strategy, and advocating on behalf of clients.

What You'll Do
- Represent clients in complex class action litigation matters.
- Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and briefs.
- Manage fact and expert discovery.
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
- Participate in depositions, hearings, and other advocacy opportunities.
- Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on high-profile litigation matters.
- Handle consumer, wage and hour, employment, and product liability class action cases from inception through resolution.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of litigation experience gained through a law firm, judicial clerkship, or a combination of both.
- Experience with class action litigation preferred.
- Background in consumer, product liability, and/or employment-related matters is highly desirable.
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and case management abilities.
- Outstanding academic credentials.
- Active Washington State Bar membership.
