- Solicit, evaluate, and coordinate subcontractor and vendor pricing; review and reconcile quotations and subcontract scopes.
- Prepare, review, and manage change orders and contract amendments; ensure timely documentation and cost impact analysis in Procore or equivalent systems.
- Verify estimates against applicable building codes, permit requirements, and regulatory constraints; coordinate with design and permitting teams as needed.
- Maintain and update historical cost databases, unit price libraries, and markup strategies; ensure consistency across estimates.
- Present estimates, assumptions, and risk analyses to internal stakeholders and clients; support negotiation and bid clarifications.
- Support preconstruction meetings, site visits, and constructability reviews to validate assumptions and refine pricing.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.

- Proficiency with Bluebeam and PlanSwift for digital takeoffs; experience using Procore (or similar project management/CO systems) for documentation.
- Strong experience performing QTOs, preparing GMPs/Budget Development, and developing clear bases of estimate.
- Proven experience managing change orders, contract adjustments, and claims processes.
- Knowledge of building codes, permit processes, and regulatory compliance for commercial construction.
