We are seeking a skilled CNC Engineering Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing CNC programs to ensure efficient and precise machining processes. This role requires a solid understanding of machining techniques and the ability to read technical drawings and specifications.

- Conduct toolpath optimization to enhance machining performance and reduce cycle times.
- Perform precision measurements to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Analyze and troubleshoot programming issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain documentation of CNC programs and production processes.
- Proven experience as a CNC Engineering Programmer.
- Proficient in CNC programming and operation.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software.
- Solid understanding of G-Code and its application in CNC machining.
- Knowledge of toolpath optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with precision measurement tools and techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
