What you'll do
  • Lead full-cycle audit, review, and compilation engagements for a diverse portfolio of middle-market clients
  • Supervise and coach staff auditors, delivering timely, constructive feedback that supports their development
  • Prepare financial statements, footnote disclosures, and management letters in compliance with US GAAP and professional standards
  • Research and resolve complex accounting and auditing issues in collaboration with engagement managers and partners
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, building trusted relationships and keeping engagements on track
  • Contribute to internal initiatives including technical training, quality control reviews, and firm-wide process improvements

What you need
  • 3+ years of progressive audit experience in a public accounting firm
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a closely related field
  • Solid working knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, and internal control frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise staff and manage multiple engagements simultaneously to meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and team interaction

Nice to have
  • Active CPA license or demonstrated progress toward licensure
  • Experience with middle-market or owner-managed business clients
  • Familiarity with common audit software platforms

Pay & benefits
  • Base salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) plan with a competitive firm matching contribution
  • Generous PTO bank plus paid firm holidays
  • Full reimbursement for CPE credits and professional society dues
  • True hybrid schedule for work-life balance

Location & schedule
