Compensation: $80k - $110k depending on experience

What you will do
- Lead engagements: Manage assurance engagements from planning to execution for for-profit businesses, non-profits, and employee benefit plans.
- Direct teams: Oversee daily staff assignments, maintain engagement budgets, and optimize job efficiency.
- Own relationships: Act as the primary liaison between clients, staff, and firm management to ensure seamless communication.
- Deliver quality: Prepare financial statements and complex compliance deliverables aligned with firm standards.
- Collaborate closely: Work directly with managers and partners, leveraging continuous on-the-job education and technical training.

What you bring
- Experience: Progressive background in public accounting with hands-on experience running audit/assurance engagements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA designation is highly preferred (or actively pursuing).
- Leadership: Proven ability to mentor, train, and review the work of junior staff.
- Tech stack: Proficiency with Excel and accounting platforms; experience with Thomson Reuters applications, QuickBooks, or Lacerte is a plus.
- Mindset: A curious, growth-oriented attitude with the willingness to travel locally for client visits.
