Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage financial statement audits from planning to completion for Venture Capital funds and portfolio companies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing technical accounting advice on complex valuation and investment transactions.
- Supervise, mentor, and review the work of senior and staff accountants to foster professional growth.
- Research and resolve complex accounting and auditing issues under US GAAP and GAAS guidelines.
- Coordinate with firm leadership to optimize engagement efficiency, profitability, and billing metrics.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5 or more years of progressive public accounting audit experience.
- Deep technical strength auditing Venture Capital funds, private equity, or high-growth tech entities.
- Proven experience managing audit engagements and supervising professional staff.
- Active CPA license is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level client interactions.
