Job Duties
- Lead teams of senior and staff accountants on complex international engagements
- Oversee planning, scheduling, and quality review of audit and accounting work\
- Mentor and coach accounting professionals with both formal and informal feedback
- Drive business development and expand existing client relationships in the Hong Kong/China market
- Conduct or participate in technical training on IFRS, tax compliance, and audit procedures
What You Need
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent
- 5+ years of progressively responsible experience
- Deep working knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Hands-on experience with Hong Kong and China tax compliance
