Established (30+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Associate Attorney for Personal Injury and Employment Litigation in Los Angeles, CA
An established firm based in Los Angeles, CA with over 30 years in practice is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-5+ years of experience to join their team onsite. This Attorney will have experience with personal injury, employment law, and products liability litigation, supporting all phases of discovery and trial preparation while representing plaintiffs in consumer-oriented matters throughout the state.
Offer:
Salary range: $130,000-$165,000+, contingent on experience

Qualifications:
Holds a Juris Doctorate degree and is an active member in good standing with the California State Bar
Brings 3-5+ years of experience in personal injury, employment law, products liability and other consumer-oriented matters
Demonstrates experience in a client-facing role, whether in a legal capacity or otherwise
Communicates effectively both orally and in writing
Shows strong critical thinking and analytical skills
Works independently and exercises sound, reasoned judgment
Prioritizes effectively and manages concurrent assignments and deadlines with a high level of organization
Approaches professional growth as a self-directed learner
Maintains a strong ethical commitment to personal and professional development
Responsibilities:
Assists in all phases of discovery and trial preparation, taking direction as needed
Analyzes case law and public law and applies it to current matters
Litigates cases before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission
Drafts and reviews employment agreements, contracts, company policies and employee handbooks
Handles concurrent assignments and multiple deadlines efficiently
Prioritizes tasks with a results-oriented, organized approach
