Established (23+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Personal Injury Attorney for Personal Injury Litigation in Los Angeles, CA

An established firm based in Los Angeles, CA with over 23 years in practice is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney at all experience levels to join their team hybrid, three days in office. This Attorney will have experience with personal injury litigation, including trucking accidents, auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, premises claims, orthopedic injuries, wrongful death, and traumatic brain injury cases, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in litigation and advisory matters.

Offer:

Salary range: $110,000-$180,000+, contingent on experience
Signing bonus provided upon joining the firm
Prearranged percentage of gross fees earned on every resolved case with no cap on potential earnings

Qualifications:

3-5+ years of personal injury litigation experience preferred, though attorneys of all experience levels including first year associates are encouraged to apply
Experience handling personal injury matters such as trucking accidents, auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, premises claims, orthopedic injuries, wrongful death, and traumatic brain injury cases
Prior trial experience preferred for mid-level and senior candidates, first chair experience is a plus
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Admission to the State Bar of California in good standing
Strong litigation skills across all phases of a case from filing through trial
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Passion for representing injured clients against insurance companies

Responsibilities:

Handle personal injury litigation cases involving trucking accidents, auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, premises claims, orthopedic injuries, wrongful death, and traumatic brain injury cases
Participate in all phases of litigation from filing through trial with support from partners, senior attorneys, associates, paralegals, and support staff
Work closely with an experienced attorney while building toward independently leading a team for newer and mid-level attorneys
Manage an independent caseload from filing through trial with the support of an associate, litigation paralegal, and legal assistant for experienced mid-level attorneys
Collaborate with the litigation team to develop case strategy and prepare for trial
Maintain client communication and provide updates throughout the litigation process
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and court procedures
