Established (40+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Estate Planning Attorney for estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters in St. Louis, Missouri

An established St. Louis law firm is seeking an Estate Planning Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join their team onsite. This role involves handling estate planning, trust and estate administration, probate, and wealth transfer planning, advising individuals, families, and closely held business owners while collaborating with litigation and corporate attorneys on integrated client matters. Associate attorneys and lateral partners will be considered.

Salary range: $110,000 - 150,000, contingent on experience and portable business

Qualifications
Active Missouri Bar membership in good standing
Two plus years of experience practicing in estate planning, trust administration, and probate
Strong drafting experience with wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
Familiarity with federal estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning is a plus.
Ability to manage complex client matters independently in a collaborative law firm environment
Strong written, analytical, and client communication skills

Responsibilities
Draft and implement comprehensive estate plans aligned with client goals and tax considerations
Advise clients on wealth preservation, succession planning, charitable planning, and asset protection strategies
Handle trust administration and probate matters from initiation through resolution
Coordinate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals on client planning matters
Maintain direct client relationships and provide practical, strategic legal counsel
Stay current on developments in estate, trust, and tax law impacting client planning strategies
