A growing and established firm based in Harrisburg, PA with over 16 years in practice is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-7+ years of litigation experience to join their team onsite. This role will have experience with civil litigation defense, including personal injury and premises liability matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in litigation and advisory matters.

- Salary range: $130,000-$170,000+, contingent on experience

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of civil litigation experience is required
- Strong preference is given to experience handling personal injury or premises liability litigation matters
- Excellent legal writing and analytical skills are required
- Comfort managing a litigation caseload from inception through resolution is required
- Active Pennsylvania bar admission in good standing is required
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters from intake through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses for testimony
- Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and settlement conferences
- Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy
- Provide clients with clear, timely case status updates and guidance
