Established (30+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Employment Attorney for Plaintiff-Side Employment Litigation in Los Angeles, CA
An established firm based in Los Angeles, CA with over 30 years in practice is seeking an Employment Attorney with 5-9+ years of experience to join their team onsite. This Attorney will have experience with plaintiff-side employment litigation, taking on high-profile and complex matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in litigation and advisory matters.

Salary range: $130,000-$170,000+, contingent on experience

Qualifications
Holds a Juris Doctorate degree and is an active member in good standing with the California State Bar
Brings 5-9+ years of experience practicing employment law
Demonstrates a track record of taking and defending numerous depositions
Has prepared and argued motions for summary judgment
Manages employment litigation matters independently and under own initiative
Brings experience supervising and mentoring junior attorneys
Responsibilities
Handles compelling employment litigation matters from intake through resolution
Takes and defends depositions in support of active case matters
Prepares and argues dispositive motions, including motions for summary judgment
Runs an employment litigation caseload with a high degree of autonomy
Manages and mentors junior attorneys working on shared matters
