Position Overview
The Assurance Manager is responsible for overseeing audit and assurance engagements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing expert guidance to clients. This role involves managing a team, developing audit strategies, and fostering strong client relationships while enhancing the quality of our assurance services.

- Ensure compliance with SEC and PCAOB regulations throughout the audit process.
- Review and analyze financial statements and audit reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Develop audit strategies and risk assessments to identify areas of concern and improve client operations.
- Mentor and train junior staff, providing feedback and guidance for professional development.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit and assurance services.
- Strong knowledge of SEC and PCAOB regulations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
