An established firm based in Iselin with over 30 years in practice is seeking an Associate with 3+ years of experience to join their team in a hybrid work arrangement. This Attorney will have experience with workers' compensation litigation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in hearings, mediations, and advisory matters.
Offer:
Salary range: $100,000-$125,000, contingent on experience

Qualifications:
The candidate must have a JD degree from an ABA-approved law school and maintain an active license in good standing in both New Jersey and New York.

The candidate must have at least three years of workers' compensation experience.
The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software. The candidate must be a self-motivated independent thinker with excellent time management skills, strong organizational skills, and outstanding communication skills, with the ability to work as a team member in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities:
The attorney will conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.

The attorney will represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
The attorney will collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and maintain billable hours as necessary.
The attorney will manage client relationships and a caseload with supervision and assist in the representation of clients in motion practice, conferences, mediations, and trial when necessary.
