Family Law Attorney
We are looking for a qualified Family Law Attorney to join our team in providing legal representation and advice to our clients. The Attorney will draft documents, review documents, provide legal advice, represent clients in court, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction. The Attorney must be familiar with Family Law regulations and possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Position Overview:
- Represent clients in all aspects of family litigation and provide legal advice.
- Draft and review documents related to family law matters.
- Act as an advocate for the client in court.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on laws and regulations related to family law.
- Conduct research to identify relevant laws and regulations.
- Draft and review documents related to family law.
- Negotiate settlements between parties.
- Represent clients in court.
- Facilitate communication between clients and other parties.
- Develop and implement strategies for legal cases.
- Monitor the progress of each case and provide updates to clients.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor
- Active Bar Membership in CA
- Experience in Family Law or Criminal Law.
- Knowledge of state and local laws and regulations related to family law.
