What you will do:
- Handle a strong caseload of personal injury cases from the start of litigation through trial
- Draft pleadings and conduct depositions
- Prepare and respond to written discovery, motions practice, and jury trials
- Supervise full-time paralegal / case manager and work with them on a day-to-day basis
What you need:
- 3+ Years of Experience in Personal Injury Litigation
- J.D. or Esquire
- Colorado Bar License
- Background in drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, preparing and responding to written discovery, motions practice, and jury trials
